Key member of the Project Quality
Performance team responsible for the development and deployment of Quality
Assurance standards and reviews.
Responsible for the management of
30+ resources. Team included business management, technical and integration
resources.
Provided career management, salary and bonus structures, hiring, utilization
projections, training plans and day-to-day support.
Led development of Proposal Management
methodology including step-by-step process flow from inception to solution
start-up. Methodology includes
budget development tools, business case development, SOW templates, Red Team
review templates and presentation materials. Methodology satisfies CMMI 3 standards.
Independently designed, developed and
implemented a collaborative project management, Knowledge Management and
information system using Lotus Notes technology. System was based upon industry
best practices in Project Management methodologies and provided for
collaborative project team interaction, as well as, risk assessment and
mitigation tools, financial reporting tools, project plan management, Issue
Management and project documentation. Tool is now standard for delivery and
management of all consulting projects within a leading international ERP
practice.
Led Center of Excellence supporting all
PMO activities for new and on-going projects. Responsiblities of CoE
included market research, customer support, project initiation support, Quality
Assurance reviews and reporting, Intellectual Capital development and industry
specific solution design. Responsible for the recruitment and management
of international team of project managers, industry and solution experts.
